Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your order. Because all items are made-to-order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, color selection, or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at andrue3358@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will provide a free replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Color selection mistakes
  • Minor print placement variations

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Lost or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under applicable consumer protection laws. Items must be unused and in original condition.
